I just recently read an inspiring story at Mike Filsaime’s Blog.
It is a story about a kid named Petey.
Petey has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
This disease is terminal and degenerates Petey’s muscles at a rapid rate.
The symptoms started early in his life (about the age of 5) and at this point (age 12) he is in a wheelchair full time.
You can read all about Petey Here.
Stories like these make me thankful for all of the stuff I have in my life, and what I take for granted.
So, take a second to really think about the limitations you have in your life, and realize that… It Could Be Much Worse!
There is another problem with this story though.
Petey just recently got a powerchair. A powerchair is basically a motorized wheel chair.
And although it has been great for Petey, it is extremely hard to transport anywhere.
So, Jason Marshall, a recent contestant on “The Next Internet Millionaire” has set up a fundraising campaign to help raise money to buy a wheelchair accessible van for Petey’s family.
He has pulled together some top internet marketers, and put together an awesome package (100% of the profits go towards Petey’s van)
So, if you want to check out this package, or donate anything to this cause, you can check out the link below…
I hope this post finds you in good health.
To Your Success,
Ryan Wade
