Well, I haven’t updated the blog in a while, because I have been preparing for my grandmother’s 80th surprise party.
The ENTIRE family was able to get together to surprise her last Saturday.
We all flew in to my hometown, Corpus Christi, TX, and surprised her at one of our favorite restaurants, Snoopy’s.
We have been planning this trip since February, and surprisingly… nobody let the surprise slip.
Here is a video of the surprise…
After the lunch, we all went out to some condos we rented on the water in Port Aransas, TX. We had a blast, and it was great to get the entire family together to celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday.
She means a lot to all of us!

p.s. The reason I kept it a secret from my blog readers is because my grandmother reads this blog everyday… 
If I would have mentioned that I was taking a trip to Corpus… she would have immediately caught on.
p.p.s. Notice we all had matching shirts. We took a picture of my grandmother hula dancing in Hawaii (when she was 23) and had it screen printed on a shirt for all of us. Thanks Kyle for printing all of those, and Eric for the design!
